It is important that we are properly handle payroll and send payment to providers in a timely manner. It is also important that we double-triple check our work and we are asking them to do a lot when it comes to the standard we expect a Patient to be treated. It is our responsibility to make sure they feel our love as well - and that starts with getting them paid.

🚀 Tips & Tricks
- This should be done every week by Tuesday evening.
- There may be visits that you are not sure about. In this case send Matthew a message and he will look into it and can get everything resolved by Wednesday evening.
- Contract providers get paid every Friday for the visits they did the week prior.
- You will know which visits the provider gets paid for because the encounter will have a Completed or Pending Sign Off status. There may be some others like Saved or In Care, but for these you will need to look more into them and message the provider in order to add them.
- Providers get paid $40 per visit.
- Always check your work!
📘 Instructions
Make sure not to forget one of these steps.
- Pull up the Provider Payment Page > Provider Payments tab

- Pull up the EHR Billing page > Encounter tab and filter the results for the week prior.

⚠️Sunday to Saturday
- Now filter the provider you would like to get the number of visits that they performed.

⚠️You’re counting all the encounters that have a Completed or Pending Sign Off status. Also, as a tip, in nearly all cases the copay status will be paid.
- Start from the oldest tab and work your way towards page one. On this page you’ll see that I have annotated all which will be counted towards this providers pay.

- Get the encounter numbers for all the visits we are paying the provider for and add it to the encounter field of the Provider Payment Sheet.

- Once you’re done, multiply the number of encounters listed by 40. Add that value in the Amount column.

⚠️The status should be Pending. The moment we get confirmation the provider was paid we will change status to Paid.
