  • 1 level scoop matcha powder
  • 2 oz hot water (not boiling)
  • 8–10 oz milk (Typically oat)
  • Simple Syrup
  • Matcha whisk

1️⃣ Sift the Matcha

  • Add a splash of water in bowl before adding matcha
  • Sift 5 level scoops into cup or bowl.
  • This prevents clumping.
     

2️⃣ Add Hot Water

  • Add enough hot water to ensure no clumping
     

3️⃣ Whisk

  • Whisk in a zig-zag or “M” motion.
